发现Youtube上有一个视频叫Evolution of clusterProfiler, 是Landon Wilkins用Gource做的。于是我也来玩一下，看一下自己这几年码代码的过程。

把我几个Bioconductor包的commit log整合到一起，做了以下视频：

下面是这几个包的下载统计，从下图可以知道各个包在视频中出现的大概时间。2015年之后活动很频繁，因为在过去的一年半时间里，我花了非常多时间在ggtree上面。
